I love Half a cup of low fat cottage cheese with a diced tomato. Sometimes I add Basil to it for more flavor!0

An apple sliced with 2 tbsp of peanut butter..... the complex carbs in the banana mixed with the protein of the peanut butter work together to burn calories. plus apples promote stable glucose levels while keeping you full, so you wont want to snack on carbs.
i also love peanut butter with banana....yummmmmm, lol0 -
2 Clemetines
Apple
Baby Carrots
Reduced Fat Cheezits - one serving = 29 crackers
Rice Cakes
Yogurt (Light and Fit or Fage)
One cup any kind of Dry Cereal0 -
baby carrots and fat free ranch
dried cranberryies (these are my fav)
apples0 -
Hmmmm...
String cheese
Reduced fat triscuits
Apple
Lowfat yogurt w/ some kind of fruit
2 oz tuna
1/4 avocado cut up
1/2 tomato
Mix those 3 things together, squeeze a little lemon juice on it, and eat it with some whole grain crackers or in a whole wheat tortilla or pita bread0 -
cinnamon almonds! The taste is too good, unfortunately, that it is hard to just eat a few, though, so you may not want to get started on them. Then they are no longer a low-fat, low-calorie snack.0

* 1 slice of cheese, w/ some cold-cut turkey wrapped around it (add lettuce too)
* 1 piece of string cheese w/ a couple of ritz crackers (YuM!)
* 1 slice of bread (wheat) w/ peanut butter

Non fat greek yogurt with honey (120)0 -
98% Fat Free Orville Redenbockers (sp) popcorn. I get the 100 calorie packs and they satisfy the urge to eat when I start a movie. You can also get ranch or chedder cheese popcorn seasoning if you like that sort of thing.0

roasted red pepper hummas and celery! I had it for the first time today and it was great!0

i have 6 celery sticks with 2 wedges of laughing cow light cheese, it takes me about a 1/2 hour to snack and it's only about 90 calories....it's perfect at my desk at work.0

air popped pop corn
laughing cow cheese wedge with reduced fat wheat thins0 -
Jaffa cakes (46 cals), fruit salad0

Super pretzel soft pretzel with yellow mustard! YUM!
I'd vote for hummus too. Lots of great flavors at your local healthy grocer like Whole Foods.0 -
Gotta watch the salt though. A lot of low fat stuff is either loaded with salt or needs it bad.0

100 calorie packs are great...I keep a variety around
sliced apples & bananas
delmonte fruit chiller tubes ( find them in the canned fruit section only 55 cals.)
Herr's light air-popped popcorn - 120 cals in 3 cups!!0 -
Jell-o double chocolate pudding sugar free (60 calories)
AMAZING!!!!!0 -
reduced fat Triscuits, popcorn, low fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, 25 calorie pack swiss miss hot cocoa, small can of creamed corn, fruit, 2 corn tortillas with 2 tbs of pace salsa, slices of deli meat... i don't necessarily eat "snack" foods for snacks, I just try to pick healthy options that are easy to eat with little prep time involved.0
