Im a 5'4, 35 yr old with 4 kids. Im a size 16/18 purely b/c of my post preg belly (age 7/6/3/4months)....anyone out there with the same sort of vitals who either NEEDS to lose weight or who has done so already and can give me inspiration?

I'm 5'5" with 2 kids and am now in a size 16 or 18. I wish mine was all due to my pg belly but it is pretty evenly spaced
. The advice I can give is just keep plugging along. Make sure you log everything as I know I was shocked by even the items that I thought were "healthy". Workout when you can schedule it in. It's not easy with me with only 2 kids but you make it work! Good luck on your journey!
