I don't know if its the most accurate - but I weigh myself every monday right after I wake up.. just undies and bra. Seems to work for me.0

I used to weigh myself on Saturdays, but then I realized I gorged over the weekend and was not getting an accurate reading. So, I now weigh myself on Wednesday mornings. It's in the middle of the week, when I'm trying my hardest to be a good girl! I usually use the bathroom and then I weigh myself (they say this will give you more accuracy). I also weigh myself with nothing on! Hope that helps!0

I weigh myself on Monday morning at the same time. No clothes. I used Monday because it really gives me incentive to not binge eat on the weekend. I know on Monday morning I want that scale to give me a lower number than last week!0

I weigh on Friday mornings right after i get up and go to the bathroom. Also with nothing on. I weigh at this time because it's easier for me to be good on workdays. Saturdays and Sundays are hard !! I don't want to know what i weigh on Mondays.0

I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the bathroom on Wednesdays and Fridays.0

I prefer measuring myself over weighing myself. I do it every Monday morning after waking up, peeing, brushing my teeth, and washing my face. If I don't do those things then I feel INCREDIBLY bloated.0

I weigh my self before the gym and then after. I like to see the difference.0

This is me 100%. My husband and I tend to have 1 cheat meal every weekend, so Mondays we're usually a little heavier than normal.. lol he actually just took the scale away from me this week and told me our weigh-in day will be Friday because we're really good during the work week. I was weighing myself daily, 5-10 times a day, obsessively...and I was driving myself insane..so he hid it on me. I went as far as searching for it and finding it..but I've resisted weighing myself until tomorrow. Lol0 -
when i try to weigh myself before and after at the gym im upset cause the scale says i weigh more???????0

Watch out - if there's a pre/post gym difference it just means you're dehydrated, and that's NOT good.0 -

Is it because you've just finished drinking a ton of water and not pee'd yet?0 -
I weigh on Thursday mornings, right after I get up and use the restroom. Not sure why I picked that day...I think it's just because that was the day I decided to start MFP and weigh to begin with?0

Your most accurate weight is right after you've woken up & relieved yourself. That's the professional opinion.0

Friday mornings 1st thing after I use the bathroom. I'm completely naked to get the lowest weight possible! I also usually weigh more after working out because I tend to drink a lot of water. It just worked out for Fridays becuase a Friday was my 1st day on MFP. It works now becuase I eat better during the week when my meals are preplanned!0

I weigh on Monday & Friday mornings. Sometimes the Monday weighins are a little frustrating, but I feel I need to do that to remind myself to stay true to my plan. For me, cheating on the weekends is somewhat of a bad habit - and if I don't do a reality check on Monday morning than I tend to keep cheating until the Friday weighin. This way I put the brakes on it on Monday & make sure I am back on track! LOL
I have wondered how often is too often? Any ideas?0
