I have been having trouble with going over my protein allowance. I dont if anyone else is having this problem? I still have calories, fat, and carbs available. I just keep going over my protein. Do yall think this could affect my weight loss?

I doubt it. From what I've seen, MFP sets a pretty low protein recommendation. If you've set your protein macro to be much higher, and you still overshoot a lot . . make sure you're getting enough of the other stuff and meet your calorie goals. Definately get enough fats (another very low MFP recommendation, IMO). Eat enough carbs to have the energy you need throughout the day, other than that there is no bodily "need" for them.0

MFP sets protein way too low. I bumped mine to 30% and have trouble even getting it close to that.0

Thanks! I will change the setting I didnt realize you could do that.0
