I am new to the site. I had a baby four months ago and need to lose weight and get in shape. I would like to lose 35 lbs by summer. Right now I have joined a challenge that my trainer is doing. It is called the Melt- A -Weigh challenge. It is awesome! There are about 10 in the group and already have lost a total of about 50lbs over the course of 10 days. We are on our way......
