Raw casein cocoa truffles (with pic)

These are yum
I used casein, and don't know if you would get the same mouldable texture with regular whey. The mix once made is like Playdoh, doesn't stick to your hands and can be easily formed into balls.
Ingredients:
83g Ripe avocado (random amount but that's exactly what I had left)
35g Chocolate casein
10g Pure honey
7g Cocoa powder, I used Green & Blacks Organic
25g Good quality dark chocolate, I used 85%
Method:
Ok in a bowl mash the avocado to a smooth mush.
Add in the honey and mix
Add in the casein and cocoa powder
You will need to kind of do some more mushing to incorperate the casein with the fruit
Form into balls, mine made 7x 20g balls.
Whack in the freezer for 10 mins or so, this will help the chocolate set in the next step
Melt the chocolate then coat the balls in it
Lay on some kind of paper and sprinkle with topping of choice. I used sprouted flax, then leave to set in the fridge

Per ball 62kcal 3g carbs 4g fat 4g protein 2g fibre
