Lost 4 lbs, then gained back 2. Advice?

Hi all, I am trying not to be discouraged here. Last week I lost about 4lbs, but then weighed in this morning and have gained two lbs back. My food diary is open, and I am open to any suggestions about changes that should be made! I don't want to continue to put on weight!

Weight loss is not linear. Day to day or even week to week fluctuations are normal.
My advice to you would be to stick to your plan, track your intake, exercise, and revisit this issue in a month.0 -

Absolutely this.
Also, high sodium intake can cause you to retain water. But don't stress about it (in my opinion) -- the concern is fat loss, not water weight loss.
Stick to your plan. It appears to be working. If you revisit a month from now and are still seeing increases, then it may be time to look to make changes.0 -
