Do you use Adios?

Just found a bottle of Adios slimming tablets in the back of the cupboard. Was just wondering if anyone uses them / rates them as any good, or a total waste of money...?

    no experience with them, but I think its fair to say that any pill that claims it will make you slimmer is a waste of money.

    There is nothing but a calorie deficit, exercise, and willpower that will get you slimmer.

    I couldn't agree more - however the ad says that for every 2lbs you lose on your own, Adios will help you lose one more. Perhaps I'll try them out and report back! They are natural/herbal in any case, so can't do any harm... :)

    I tend not to trust any slimming product, but hey, you never know, I guess. Be sure to let us know how it goes, if you do try it!
