Here is my before and after 40 pounds lost pictures. Im 5'1 and started out at 240 pounds! I still have 50 more to go.. what does everyone think??

    I use tinypic.com to resize and get the appropriate link for message boards and then change the IMG to img :)
    Took me a while to figure it out too :)
