Anyone tried safely slim? I keep seeing ads for it in shape and fitness magazines. It's a shake that is supposed to help you lose fat without losing muscle. http://www.safelyslimmer.com/

    I just bought a couple of individual packets today to give them a try. I would also be interested in hearing from anyone who has tried Safely Slim and what their results have been.
