Calorie intake

Should I continue to eat until I reach my calorie goal, I always have calories remaining, how important is it to reach the goal?
I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle

    Your food diary is not public, so it is not possible to see what you have been eating in order o respond to your question specifically. The importance will depend on the degree of calorie deficit, how much you weigh at the moment, and how active you are.
