34 pounds gone since May 19, 2012! I just hit 198. This is the first time I have been in onederland since before my son was born ten years ago, and I am still motivated! Weight Watchers, MFP, and C25K have all been huge reasons why this time has been different. Yes, a woman who weighs over 200 pounds can run!!! I still have a long way to go, but I don't see the weight EVER coming back. Good riddance, two hundred world!!!

OMG, how did you melt 34 lbs in 3 months? I am not looking for a quick fix, I am looking for realistic motivation. You look awesome and would like to know what you are doing

Congrats on your success and Onederland!!! In Jan of this year I started my under 200 lb part of my journey. I began a modified C25K program. Slowly and surely I started a slow jog for 30 seconds every 5minutes, gradually adding time, distance and speed. To the disbelief of myself and those around me I now RUN 5-7 miles almost everyday.
