:happy: Over a year ago I was almost 200 lbs! Today I weigh 140! Lost five pounds more than my goal! :)

I've lost the weight doing cardio and now it's time to firm up! So today I am going to start lifting - wish me luck!

    Great job! I have just joined "myfitnesspal" recently because I have been working out at the gym for 3 months and haven't lost anything. I am a Mom of three and at least I have enjoyed the time to myself. I am looking forward to seeing the weight loss as well. It is great to hear your success story!
