Implants & weight loss!!!

Hi all :flowerforyou: So I had a boob job in March, went well. They're smaller than what I hoped 4 (I was 32B & now 32DD), I know DD sounds big but it's not really. Anyway have started dieting 2 weeks ago & have lost 1.2 kilos (2 pounds) but am worried that my implants will go even smaller due 2 the decrease in chest fat!!! If this happens I'll have 2 get a 2nd operation & I don't really want 2 just yet
Any1 else have this problem? Any exercises I should avoid etc? Thanx

Coming from the other end of the spectrum (currently a DD and looking to go a little smaller with weight loss), I was hesitant to reply since I don't have any experience with BA. I did a cursory search through Google for good chest exercises for BA. This website seems to have a good thread going: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=122362451&page=1
My thinking was that exercises that work your pecs and upper back might be a good idea. This would increase the strength of those muscles that hold up the breasts and add just a little bulk from the beefier pectoral muscles. However, asking a doctor would always be the best route to be sure. I hope you can get some more responses for this, especially from people who will have experience with BA - you look great in your profile pic!0 -
This website also lists some good chest exercises for breast enhancement, though it doesn't say anything about breast augmentation.

I'm losing weight before I get mine done because I don't want them to get smaller after I get them. Wish I could tell you that you won't lose any size but, for that to happen you need to build up the muscle where the fat is leaving. It's the same way with the booty you have to replace fat with muscle. good luck.0

Well, I think the implant is the implant. Whatever size it is, whatever filling is in it is going to stay the same--it's not going to get smaller. If your body gets smaller around the implants that is your body shrinking, not the implants.
Theoretically, your implants should actually appear larger once your body gets smaller, proportionately.0
