Hello Everyone!
So I am new to MyFitnessPal but not new to weight loss... I've lost over 150 lbs and still going! No surgery! I am so happy to have found myfitnesspal... I love the app on my phone, tracking food is SO much easier!
I'd be happy to have some new friends on here
I am working everyday to reach my goals............ I WILL GET THERE!
