Hey Everyone, me again, just thought I'd share this with the MFP group as well.
Back in March a motoring forum I'm part of started a body transformation challenge, with the final date being Sept 1, as I'm busy this weekend, I put my results in today.
Here's my results from March 2012 to September 1 2012:
The results
Starting weight:128.5kg
Final weight: 98.1kg
Total Loss: 30.4kg
Starting trouser size: 44 at a squeeze
Final trouser size: 38 slim fit
Total Loss: 6 inches
Starting collar size: 18.5
Final collar size: 16
Total Loss 2.5 inches
starting T Shirt Size: XXL
Final T Shirt Size: L
I've no idea what my starting body fat% was, but it's now 24.1%

44 was the biggest jeans I ever bought. (I was around 270-275 then) Granted, they were a little big on me when I got them, but the fact that I was close enough to wear them was part of what really got me thinking about seriously trying to lose weight. It took me a while to finally start committing myself to it, but now my size 38 (don't buy new clothes when you're losing weight) are now loose (I've had them for like a month. Seriously.) and size 36 is in sight. I'm down to about 230 now and I'm keepin' on truckin'!0 -

Yep and now even that is getting loose My wife says I can get a new one, but I don't want a new one, hopefully I can get inserts for this one.
