This morning I went from 'overweight' to 'normal' bmi! I know it doesn't mean much, but as a milestone towards my goal *ideal weight* it feels pretty good. I'm currently losing about 3lb a week ( i know this will slow right up) and i didnt have *that* far to go to get here but I just really wanted to share it with the world
 thanks
( ooh also got my first, 'you've lost weight' comment a few days ago
( this is my first post so sorry of its in the wrong place?)

            Thanks guys

I never realised what a mind game it all was, I'm sure I *look* no different today, but now I'm looking in the mirror thinking 'yeah I look thinner' rather than yest when I though 'yuk blob'. I'm hoping posting this today will remind me in a few days, weeks etc that it IS working and there are good days in dieting!0 -

Yes it does mean alot!!! Good job, congrats, and whoop whoop!!This morning I went from 'overweight' to 'normal' bmi! I know it doesn't mean much0 -
Whoop Whoop yes it is a big deal, as almost every Doctor out there uses that number to judge you where it fits or nots. I have a mini goal to get out the obese BMI range, just a couple more pounds to go.0

FHDIALFHDSLIFDS SCREAMING ON THE INSIDE FOR YOU 'CAUSE THAT'S SO AWESOME~!
I've always been in the "normal" BMI range, but my highest weight was right on the borderline between normal and overweight, so every pound I lose and get further away from it, the better I feel. GAH. But still. REALLY GENUINELY EXCITED FOR YOU! I know that must feel so-o-o-o wonderful~!0 -
            WHOOOOOOOOOOOP!
I'm nearing that magical number too - and it's a big deal! A brilliant NSV. Congrats!0 -

Whooooop! That's a great achievement! I'm nearly there myself. I weigh 139 and my BMI is 25.4. I only have 2.3lbs to go before I have a BMI of 25....not overweight at last! ;D0

Congrats!! I'm not all that far from being in the normal BMI range myself. I still have a way to go till goal weight but I'm more than half way there and it feels awesome!0

Well done. I recently went from morbidly obese to just obese. I am not where you are yet, but on my way!
