My favorite meals that I have to be careful with: Chinese take-out. Pizza. Beer. Chips and dip. Chocolate anything. Ice cream!
Meh, I don't believe in "cheat" meals because my goal is to have a healthy lifestyle with moderation in moderation. That means that to me ANYTHING is fine if done with a sense of balance and restraint, and with the understanding that certain things can't be eaten every day. I used to eat an entire bag of chips in one sitting, now I have ten chips. I used to have a six pack of beer, now I have just one bottle a week. Is that cheating? No. u_u
Also, I don't get why eating sushi is considered "cheating" by a bunch of you. What's wrong with it? :huh:0 -
Platter from an Ecuadorian place near me.
Beans
Rice
Flank steak
fried egg
fried plantains (2 kinds)
smoked chorizo
Chicharron Lonja (deep fried pork belly)
Avacado
red pepper relish
If ever I'm sentenced to death...this will be my pre-execution meal.0 -

I kinda figure if I stay in my calorie range for the day, there is no cheat meal.......portion control is what I strive for. And if that doesnt work, I run a bunch then chow down!!!! Pizza and Beer.....Yummies :-)0

Nothing is a cheat for me, I make everything I want to eat fit into my calories or if it doesn't fit then I'm just over for that day, no biggie.0
