Ive been trying to lose about 20lbs, ive never really struggled to lose weight before (maybe why im struggle now too many fads idk) Ive been really having a hard time this summer going up and down...binge eating, not eating, all the stuff i know is terrible but wanted fast results. Anyway for the last 3 weeks i have kept close track, eaten very well, Started running in addition to my normal workout of biggest loser videos and/or elliptical and other gym machines as well as light weight lifting. However I have not seen a loss in 3 weeks at all infact ive seen a 7 lbs gain? Whats going on here? In the past i could eat really good one day and notice a difference in the morning and within 3 weeks at least 5lbs. Anybody else experience this?

Are you eating enough calories? With the added exercise you may be burning enough that your body thinks you're going into "starvation mode" and fights hard to give up the pounds. I've noticed if I'm eating too few, if I shake it up a bit with more calories for a couple of days - then cut back down, my body doesn't notice I'm pulling a fast one...and I'm more likely to lose a pound or two.0
