KNOCK IT OFF PEOPLE!

If you want a quick fix to lose weight- you won't get one. AS SOON AS YOU STOP YOUR DIETS YOU GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK.

Adopt a healthy lifestyle. Eating right, exercising, losing 1-2 lbs a week is was it healthy and advised.

So if your thinking you can eat like *kitten* and then lose 10 lbs in 2 days to fit into that little black dress... well you're *kitten* outta luck!

    i have a friend on the cambridge diet - its crazy!
    3 shakes a day, i think i worked her calories out at around 400 a day, plus she walks each day at the gym.
    dont get me wrong, right now she loooks great, but she wont have it that when she comes off this she will have to work so hard to stay where she is.
    Very strict diets are great for a first week to get some motivation (as long as its safe, and not cabbage soup - no one with the amount of wind that must make could be popular lol).
    i have tried a few, amd yes, i have gained back the weight, sp this time i'm really trying - its slow, and i'm impatient, but i know i'll get there - i might be 80 years old when i do, but hey, it'll happen!!
