After supper sweet attacks-help!

I have been sabotaging my efforts for the whole day by eating too much chocolate or anything sweet after supper. There really is no timeline as to when I start this but my craving can last for hours it seems some days.
Does anyone have some sweet substitutes for the chocolate that has helped you get over the chocolate monster? And not to be high maintenance but fruit is NOT the answer for me, I've tried it and just eaten my way right to the chocolate chips after a fruit frenzy.
I'm thinking dessert(ish) without being more than 150-200 calories. Just something that makes me feel like I'm "treating" myself.
I appreciate any recipes or ideas and thank you for reading.

i have the same problem, but i organize my calories so i am actually full after my evening meal. then have a big glass of diet pepsi/coke and you'll be too full and quite content not to go for the sugary stuff.0

That sounds like a great idea, the carbonation lets your tummy think it has stuff in it. Thanks!0
