Low/No Fat Snacks?

Hey there! I've been around this site for a week or so now, first time in the forums. And I'm finding the hardest thing for me is eating enough calories without going over the fat.
The worst day so far, I had over 400 calories left to eat but was -17 in fat! Most days, I have 50-200 calories left to eat, but am over in the fat by up to 8.
So... I need to find something I can eat with low (or no!) fat to make up those calories. I usually have some carbs left over too, sometimes protein as well. I've mainly been eating clementines and today just got some carrots and fat free sour cream to make veggie dip, but i need some more ideas!
Any help you can give me would be *greatly* appreciated! Thanks all!

Umm... here's a few things I snack on-
Bananas and Peanut butter (about 1/2 tablespoon of the natural kind- PB has fat, but also protein and I'm a big PB fan)
Air Popped pop corn with no oil (amazingly low in calories and very filling) I just add Popcorn salt but you could add other spices/grated parm cheese etc.
organic yogurt with berries (blue berries are especially low calorie for how many you can eat)
Stretch Island Fruit Company Fruit Leathers (Like fruit roll ups only tougher and just a little bit better for you)
Raw Carrots
Almost any vegetable
Olives (lots of sodium though)
a bowl of cereal at night sometimes
nuts- almonds, dry roasted unsalted peanuts etc. (a little higher in fat, but they have protein that will keep you feeling fuller longer)
I really don't snack much now that I think about it.....0
