Honeysuckle White - 97% Fat Free Ground White Turkey, 1 container
Bush's Best - Seasoned Recipe Black Beans, 1 container
Green Giant - Whole Kernel Sweet Corn Canned, 1 container
Homemade - Pico De Gallo, 1 container (16 oz ea.)
Haas Avocado - Small - Whole - Raw, 0.5 whole
Dole - Pineapple Tidbits In Its Own Juice, 1/2 cup

TOTAL: (per serving) serves 3 huge portions I just split the bowl into thirds.

    Sounds good! Have you ever made it with fresh corn and dried black beans? And do you throw it all in a slow cooker, or cook it on the stove top?

    Since I just tried it last night, I have only used canned, but fresh would probably be even better!!

    The only thing I cooked was the ground turkey. I had the rest of the ingredients at room temperature.

    You could throw them in the skillet with the turkey and warm it a little.

    Sounds yummy!! You could probably cut the sodium by using frozen corn and reduced sodium, plain black beans.... Oh and I wouldn't use the pineapple (I just don't care for pineapple!). I'll definitely have to try this one!! Anything "mexican" is usually always a hit around my house!
