New User TOO looking for friends

Hello I'm new and would like to invite friends for motivation and support. I Started dieting and watching what I eat . I've lost 8 lbs and looking to lose 30 plus pounds more. All I could say is I just take it day by day.

  • Congrats on the 8 pounds so far! That's great. And welcome to mfp, I love this site. I log in all the time and it's really helping me to control what it is that I'm eating...though not so much with the weight loss somehow...but hopefully that'll change soon. Anyway, welcome and good luck.

    Hello and welcometo MFP! I joined a little over a year ago. I come and go, but always find lots of support here. I'm here right now to get some weight off that I put on last year. The food diary is the best thing! Good luck in your journey and glad you found us!:flowerforyou:
