So, I lost 10lb over the last 5 weeks. It is just a start, I have about another 42lb to lose. Anyway, I have been taking a picture every week to encourage myself and today I showed them to my daughter who is a personal trainer. She asked if she could use them in her promotional material! Is that a compliment or what?!? Made me smile!
