Best work out for long lean ams?

your arms are friggin fantastic. forget special exercises and go out and buy a bunch of tank tops to show them off. they look great and are in perfect proportion with the rest of your body, which looks pretty damn good too.

Find a kettlebell instructor. When I first started working with a kettlebell, I had people stopping me to tell me how great my arms and shoulders look and how fast the results happened. I do a bunch of other workouts now, but recently picked my kettlebells back up and am in love with them all over again. I started with Kettlebells for Body Sculpting for Women by Lorna Klindman (maybe misspelled). It was really great. I use 20 and 25lb bells at this time, but I like to do lower weights and lost of reps.0

Just to be clear, KB's don't build the shape of your muscles any differently than a DB or BB. The center of gravity is different and can help with strength gains by changing the way the muscle is stimulated, especially if you run into a plateau with DB's.0 -
