New to myfitnesspal, I have been exercising and trying to eat right for most of my adult life and find it very challanging at times.
I workout at least 4 times a week however I find that my eating is the hardest part to control. My happy weight is 155 and I tip the scales at this moment at 175 and do believe that is the heaviest I have been since my son was born 23 years ago.. LOL
I have a wonderful friend that helps keep me motivated and we use to workout together everyday until I moved 700 miles away so now all we have is the telephone and e-mails to help keep us on track..
