            wasnt planning on riding tomorrow but looks like i need to go for a 4 mile ride tomorrow so that i can hit 500 for the month, i was planning on riding to the bike store with the kids to get them new lights for their bikes over the weekend, thats about 3 miles each way, i could do that friday night instead. either that or i will take the dog on a long ride, either way i will get to the 500 level

            i did a couple miles yesterday to get to 500 for the month, spent 7 hours on my bike this week alone 0 0

            Checking back in late, but I finished the month with 257 miles. I did 272 miles in July, so this was a bit of a dropoff, but I traveled for five days this month and lost another three to a conference. So, all in all, a pretty good month for me. Same goals again for September.0

 Missed a couple of rides on Stava so my account over there doesn't quite match what I have here since there were a couple of rides that I was auditioning Endomondo. Going to shoot for 300+ in September then I'll probably taper a bit as the weather starts to turn, but we'll see. Shooting for over 1,500 from June until the new year, over a thrid of the way so it's doable.
