Introducing ..... me..... : )

Hi there, I find myself after years of yo yo dieting trying yet again, but unlike all the other times, this is the most sensible way I have done it. I really am just going to try and eat healthy food and exercise more.

I'm 5ft 4ins, and curently weight 14 stone 2 which is the heaviest I've ever been. I feel unhealthy, sluggish, bloated and tired a lot of the time - I need to make this change and get my weight under control before it spirals further out of control over the coming years.

This week I'm eating healthy and exercising, it's going to be for the long haul and anyone out there looking for positive support and can offer it too, please add me to your friends list and I'll spur you on your journey too.
