I am new here, I just started on Friday, I am very excited about doing this. I think the support that I have been seeing on here really is just what I need to get healthier.

    Hi!!! I'm new too. I actually added the app on my iphone to track my calories each day ... then figured out there was a website community to go with. haha

    Before this I did weight watchers but I wasn't losing any weight. So far I have lost 4lbs since January 1st! My goal is to lose about 15 more. :)
