    Hi there!

    I wnated to mention that before I started working out i couldn't fun and exercise for the life of me.

    Below is what I did to lose weight:
    I did interval training for the first 5 months on the tredmill or using the stationary bike for about 30-45 mins doing very little weights. I dropped weight like there was no tomorrow. I'm going to lie I hated it lol:) ! I worked out about 4-5 times a week.
    On the days i didn't want to go to the gym I would mix it up by doing the Jillian Michaels 30Day Shred or Shalene's Turbo Jam!

    Now I do cardio 1-2 times a week 25 minutes tops at a jogging speed and do a full body weight training 4sets of 16 reps and incorpperate dropsets for the time that I am there But still working out 5 times a week.
