So I've deleted my old account and am starting completely from scratch. Was fed up of seeing what I've achieved in the past and failled to continue. So this is my overhaul and fresh start to lose the bit of weight and tone up and get my abs back!
Fed up of being too hard on myself and falling down at the first hurdle
I've gotta make a positive change!
Help and support appreciated
