I have been feeling really good about my progress lately, so I thought I would share, and hopefully somewhat inspire even if only one person. I was at a 6 week plateau, fluxuating between 231 and 235. That finally broke a couple weeks ago and I have dropped about 10-13 lbs in the last couple weeks. Kinda crazyyyy, but I can tell you that it is worth it just to push through those dang planteaus!!!

I got really serious about MFP in April 2012. I started at 267 lbs at 5'9". I am now at 219. Still have a ways to go, but I am pretty confident that I am a little more than half way there (still not sure what my ultimate goal is :) )

    Thank you! My diary has been horrible this week. It has just been one of those crazy practically living out of my car type weeks, so I have taken in a lot of JUNK. But I really tried to AT LEAST stay under goal.
