Join me in HASfit's Free 30 Days Challenge?

Earlier I started the 30 day shred, but messed up my knees bout 8 days in. So I figured I do something with lower impact that still has me panting and sweating. I found that in "HASfit's Free 30 Days Challenge To Get In Shape!".
This morning I did day 1 with the 30 minute low impact workout. I really like it because it has serious strength excercises but is very well aimed at beginners.
Anyone like to join me in this 30 day challenge?

I'm going to do enough cardio on the elliptical each day to bring the total workout at 30 to 40 minutes, depending on how much time I have available that day. I think that will be enough warming up for the Hasfit workout bit. Would love to hear from anybody also doing or going to do this 30 day challenge!0 -
I never heard of it. WHere would I obtain something like that? I just completed the 30 Day Shred and was thinking about doing it again before starting on the ripped in 30 days0
