Help! I am experiencing a nasty plateau at a bad time! I have 6 weeks to lose about 10 pounds-doesn't sound too bad, right? Except when I started I had 8 weeks to lose 10 lbs! It's just that nothing is happening! I have been going to a personal trainer 3x week (30 minutes per) and then doing 3 hours of cardio/week...and nothing! My trainer put me on a low carb diet and wants me to get 1350 calories/day but I am having trouble hitting that on a low carb diet.
the main thing is that I have to get into that dress Anyone have any plateau buster strategies? I am awful at drinking water...will that help? Any suggestions would be HIGHLY appreciated!

I have a low carb diet that I follow when I want to jump start my weight loss. I usually lose 11 lbs in the first week, then an additional 3 or 4 lbs for next 2 weeks. I'm not sure what the calorie count is on it though, I've never tracked that. I can email it to you if you are interested. Also, the water will def help you. Try adding lemon and cucumber to it for flavor. There are a bunch of flavored water recipes on Pinterest, some of them help boost your metabolism too Good luck!0

Lot of water will help I add lemon.
Also no food I mean carbs after lunch and dinner no later than 6PM.
I have lost 6 lbs this week just by following it.
Also, no soda and no sweets.

Kclynn, would love to take a peak at your diet plan. I'm at 1300 calories, trainer 3x a week, 45min cardio 5x a week and 8lbs to drop and the scale isn't moving. Thanks!0
