Can't think of one specific comment, but I have definitely gotten TONS of unsolicited advice from well-meaning but misinformed people when they notice that I'm watching my calories / working out. I always want to say: "Uh, thanks for that advice. But I would rather eat glass than skip meals and replace them with Special K bars."0 -

I usually weigh-in on Mondays so for my Sept 1 weigh-in, I'm doing it based on my Aug 27 weigh-in (I've already eaten breakfast and working on lunch so my weigh-in won't be accurate) I will either weigh in twice a week or I'll change the dates to Mondays for me (currently doing the latter).
Also there is no such date as Sept 31 :X
