I'm sure this has been discussed before, but can't find the posts about it. I just bought one and am feeling a little nervous about the cost. If you use one, please tell me some positive results from having one. Have you lost more weight because of it?

Three have been LOADS of threads on it and I don't think I've heard anything negative except be careful uou don't lose it or put it in the wash. Do a search. I think there's a group too.0

Two words...
Worth. It.
(not for everyone, of course, but for me it was)0 -
It's the first day I have mine. I had fun tracking my sleep patterns last night (97% efficiency, cool!), and today I've been standing up and walking in place while I have a few minutes at work, etc. I'm seeing positive results in that I'd normally sit on my butt for my breaks; right now I'm moving around a whole heck of a lot more.0

I LOVE my fitbit. Have just got really annoyed with myself because I went outside to bring in my laundry and forgot to put it on and have now missed out on some steps which would have just about got me to my target today - that's how incentivising I find it. It is expensive but I think it is the best money I've spent on weight loss aids (and believe me I've tried just about everything). Between MFP and my FB, eating well and exercising this is the best I've ever done. Just make sure you don't leave it on your clothes when you put them in the washing or wear it in the shower!!0

I love mine!! Well worth the money. I love seeing the numbers though...I hate trusting calculators and the "average" numbers. So, mine gives me peace of mind of what I'm doing. Love it!0

love mine,I have had it for 4 months and feel naked without it,the only time I am not carrying it is when I take a shower,it motivates me more and I have exercised more since getting it,I wondered if it was worth it before I bought it but so glad that I did,,0

I just got mine 2 days ago & I love it!!! I just wanted something that would tell me how many calories I burn each day....Also, the sleep tracker is really nice too. Here is an MFP group that you should check out:
