What are your daily goals?

Just curious as to the daily goals of others. Which goals do you aim to achieve every single day (for the longterm) in order to achieve your overall goals of weightloss/ fitness / better health? For example some of mine are:
- go for at least one walk outside
- undertake a moderate to vigourous exercise activty
- drink 2 litres of water
- spend more of the day being active - less time in front of a screen

- Drink at least 8 (8 oz) glasses of water.
- Keep my macros in check. (Eat around or below 200g of carbs and at least 100g of protein.)
- Have at least one fruit-based shake a day.
- And, most days, do 30-45 minutes of exercise.
I am about to add a whole slew of other things to that list, too (starting tomorrow):
- Eat a salad every day.
- Eat at least 25% raw fruits and veggies.
- Meditate.
- Get up at 8AM and go to bed by midnight.
- Go for a run immediately after waking up.0 -
Today:
Sticking to my limited high-protein diet: Two meal replacement shakes and a marinated chicken breast and salad for dinner.
Drinking sufficient water.
Getting in some activity.
Sorry, just realized you wrote "longterm." Same goals, except for current number one substitute "eat healthily within my current calorie goals."0 -

3. Minimum of 6 servings of fruits/veggies while aiming for 10!0 -
Keep within my calorie range (1800 heavy days, 1500 light days)
drink 12 cups water +++
protein 100g+++
Carbs under 150g
keep within sugar and fat macros0 -
Get 30 mins of activity outside of daily grind
Drink 8 glasses of water
Log all of my food on MFP0 -
My long term goals are to:
Eat healthy
Exercise 4-5 days a week
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Net my calories allotted for the day at 1340 and up them to maintaining weight when I reach my goal.0 -

My daily goals usually involve exercising for at least 30 minutes and avoiding chocolate/beer/too much cheese.
Today I'm starting the September-December challenge and so my #1 goal for the day is to drink 8 glasses of water.
I'll be at work until 8AM tomorrow, so my #2 goal of the day is to avoid the vending machines and gift shop.

I followed Weight Watchers, so food wise my goals were obtained from that plan. Daily I shoot for 5 fruits and vegetable servings, 2 oils, 2 dairy servings, 6-8 cups of water. I also work toward 300 minutes of exercise a week.0
