5 months working out PHOTOS

5 MONTHS ago i decided i wanted a change and this is the first time i have managed to get pics together
I am starting to lose motivation as i still havent found eating plan i like, but i am over the moon with the results so far :flowerforyou:

i do wii fitness, treadmill (30 minutes) walking pace. spinning 4 classes a week, and swimming if i can be bothered, and just out on the bike where ever i can leave the car at home and use the bike,
I just need to get out of the mind set of grab and eat on the run, i see more an inch loss than a weigh loss.0 -
