Is there anywhere to keep track on pedometer steps? This is my major form of exercise as I walk all day long on my 12 hr shift. How can I track this? any info appreciated!!

Try these links:

You could also buy a fitbit, at fitbit.com and It will track your steps, calories burned, even your sleep cycle. It's 99 dollars, but I've found them on amazon or ebay used and new for 71-86 dollars too.
If you have a smartphone there is bound to be apps that will keep track of your daily steps. Hope this helped.0 -
Also, not to promote other websites, but sparkpeople.com has a step tracker included in their workout tracker. You log in, go to your workout tracker and click 'add step tracker' and it will keep track.0
