I ran the Run for Your Lives Zombie race in Butler PA this morning and I survived!!! I finished with one precious flag left. It was not an easy 5K that's for sure, but it was a blast and I had so much fun. My husband ran as well in a later wave and all of our children were there as spectators! Great atmosphere, live music, etc.

Anyone else do this race?

Cool! I'd like to do that race next year sometime. The obstacles make me leery - what kind of obstacles were there?

Everything you could imagine! LOL. Steep uphill climbs, mud pits, water slides, a maze, electric fence, barbed wire that you had to crawl under, a "house" that was filled with fog and there were electric wires hanging down that shocked you, walls to climb over, "infested" hoses that you had to jump over, tires on the ground, etc. I can't remember them all!!
  • I ran in the one in Indiana earlier this year, it was a lot of fun and hope to do it again next year.
    Congrats on keeping your flag!!!
