Hello, my name is Nicole. I am a breast cancer survivor, and I have gained about 40 pounds since my diagnosis, mostly due to inactivity and medicine. I am ready to take my life back and lose this extra weight.

    Hello Nicole! Welcome!
    I love this site and it has helped me stay on track with food and being honest with myself on what I was eating. I also know that a bit of motivation is always here if you need it!
