Hello :) I'm new!

Hello everyone!

I am new to this - my friend showed me hers on her phone and I immediately downloaded and started filling it in - only to realise I had waaaay over-eaten that day.. So I am hoping this app will help me.

I would appreciate any support and would love to offer some back :)

    Hiya!

    Try starting from scratch. Forget about yesterday, that's the old you. Today maybe you'll make different choices. Input what you're going to eat before you eat it. Doing this helps me enjoy it more, (cuz I'm not thinking about inputting it or wondering how many calories it is) and it helps you be accountable to yourself BEFORE instead of bullying yourself for it later.

    Have fun with it! I'm brand new too - it's like a new game :)

    Thanks, that's a great tip! I wish I had read this and tried it before I ate an ice cream oyster!!
    Tomorrow is a fresh day (also my first day at my new job - eek!) so the perfect time for me to start a fresh me too :)

    Helen - yes indeed! You wait, in one year time when we are sitting in that outdoor hot tub feeling smug this will all have been worth it :D xx
