    I am 5'6" and just hit 144. Lost 32 lbs over the last 5 1/2 months. I am shooting for at least 14 more. Still a lot of flab on the butt and thighs. I am very pleased with how I look in my clothes, but I am shooting for looking good without them. Work in progress.

    I'm 5' 6" as well. Perfect height? Who knew? LOL

    I don't have a specific weight goal though really. I just want to feel good, be healthy, like what I see when I look in the mirror and be strong enough for the Taekwondo classes I take.

    I'm 5'5, which is pretty close! I weigh 120 right now, down from 136, and I've been focusing heavily on strength training. Add me if you wish.

    I've been 5'7" for years ... until recently.. I went to the doctor and now I'm 5'6" ...must be age, anyway I had to change my goals.
