Help! Looking for old recipe !

I am looking for an old weight watchers recipe I have lost , it is a crock pot, creamy chicken , green beans and rice recipe, think it has sour cream in it also but i am not sure , my family really ikes the recipe and i cant find it , if anyone has it please let me know , and e-mail it to me at (removed) , thanks so much ,
