George Foreman Grill - good for reducing fat?

I'm just wondering if anyone has been able to work out if the George Foreman grills are any good for helping to reduce the fat in foods.
I've been buying some good quality meats or burgers that are prime meat and using the grill to cook them. When I scan the package it says how many calories, but I would imagine cooking them on a grill like that and reducing the fat further is better?
I wouldn't change the amount I'm putting into MFP, but just out of curiosity really, is it better?

Oh I'm certainly eating less, although I still eat a lot of things that would be considered bad. Just in moderation, so I'll have fruit for breakfast, a 300 cal lunch and then a portion 1/2 the size of what I used to eat in the evening. It's amazing what I used to eat, and it is working because I've lost 20 KG since I started, 7 since I joined here.
Just wondering if it's any better to grill it in one of those grills than in an ordinary one though, out of curiosity. Eating grilled meat does take me over my protein, I don't think that matters much though for weight loss?0 -
I have one and I hate it. It dries out the meat I am cooking. Maybe I just don't know how to use it properly, but I would rather use a pan.0
