Lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper and salt. I don't usually measure exactly, but depending on the size of my salad, anywhere from .5 to 1.5 Tbsp of olive oil (which is the only part I log)0

Raspberry Vinegarette
1 jar of Smuckers sugar free raspberry jam
same jar filled with red wine vinegar - I actually use a little less
1/2 c Splenda or more to taste if you like it sweeter
dried onion flakes
garlic powder to taste
blend in a blender.
20 calories for 2 Tbs and it has a lot of flavor.0 -
I have started using olive oil Infused with habanero and a balsamic vinaigrette infused with fig. 3 parts vinaigrette and 1 part oil (tablespoons) only equals 75 for vinegar and 120 for oil. 195 for 4 tablespoons. 48 calories for one tablespoon which is all I really need. Also no sodium which I find there is a lot of in salad dressings.0

These all sound so delicious!! I can't wait to try them!0

I make all my dressings with no oil and it tastes just as good. Try heating a little lemon juice and add some garlic and herbs to it with a little dijon mustard, yummy. Or lemon juice on it's own, or even yoghurt with a little juice in.0

I suppose I could've posted my suggestion. If you need ranch, you can make a pretty passable fat-free ranch by following the directions on a packet of hidden valley and using fat-free sour cream and skim milk. It's high-ish on the calories-- about 60 per serving, I think? But it'll scratch the ranch itch. I added buffalo sauce (maybe ten calories more?) for kick.0

I never dress for salad.
I just come as I am.0 -
Oil and vinegar is my go to. Either red wine vinegar or balsamic. I may add some seasoning too, like italian or seasoned salt. Or some mustard.0
