I just shared my weight loss journey (so far) on my blog. I'll be posting blogs every Monday after my weigh-ins with updates on my progress. If anyone wants to check it out or friend me, feel free to do so. I want to offer as much support as I can, and I could definitely use active members as friends! :)

    Read your blog - great read. I think you will be an inspiration to many. Stick with this - like you said - it's just a day at a time. And, alot of it is in your head. Having an "I can" attitude is certainly the first step! When you say "I can't" is when you fail.
