Nothing seems to work for me.....! What now?

I am 190 lbs, 56 cm high and 36 yrs old. Female.

I have stuck to 1200 cals with excersise and got nowhere.
I went to higher cals, around 1900 a day with 4 workouts a week for 50 mins and lost nothing.

Both of these I stuck to for a month. I am still gaining weight, I just don't know what to do anymore.........

I have not logged for a while now because I feel so disapointed with it all.

Please help if anyone has advice.

I eat pretty clean for the most part, very little processed food however I do love my wine.

    In the last two weeks, you've logged food for three days of that. One of those days you underate by several hundred cals, and none of hte days were particularly good nutrition wise.


    Weigh all your food on a food scale. Measure all liquids in a measuring cup. Log all your food and drink.

    Drink lots of water.

    Sleep 8 hours a day.

    Do that for a month and revisit this.

    a) Get more vegetables and fruits on your plate.
    b) See your macros at the bottom of your food diary? Try to hit them daily.
