Chicken, fish, turkey..those are all good choices, very low fat and high protein! Turkey and chicken w/o skin of course.0

I actually do more protein than what they suggest on here, almost twice as much. And if I'm needing protein I usually have string cheese, hard boiled eggs, shrimp, or I will do a shake with protein powder in it. oh yeah and tuna is a good source of protein too0

I was just gonna say eggs too. Fat free cottage cheese has loads of protien.. jerky..0

I like to use eggs, some say more than one egg a week can be bad for cholesterol, I believe if the eggs are free range they aren't that bad, but a solution is to use one egg and add egg whites to them (purchased in bulk as they generally have a 2-3 mth self life)0

I don't believe research has shown any correlation between the dietary cholesterol in eggs and high cholesterol levels. It's like there was a big scare about it 15-20 years ago, and then everyone kind of forgot to tell us "Oops, nevermind! Eggs are really good for you."
Please, someone, correct me if I'm wrong.
